S he suffered from a life-threatening streptococcal toxic shock acquired after a puerperal sepsis, She was treated with success by whole blood exchange and plasmapheresis after the failure of the antibiotic and s urgical treatment, This case report emphasize the significance of thes e procedures during the toxic shock involving Gram positive bacteria.
