Abstract
We present here a case of a diabetic patient having complaints of pain ful swelling of the left eye, blurring of the vision and tonic-clonic convulsion. Surgical exploration of the sinuses was performed, and the histopathological examination revealed mucormycosis. Because of the s ide effects of Amphotericin B, we tried Fluconazole and the patient re covered completely.
