Abstract
Spectrophotometric analysis of multicomponent systems using the Beer-L ambert law and the assumption of additivity, even with multiple wavele ngths, may fail if no account is taken of systematic errors. Literatur e data on a mixture of adenylic acid, cytidylic acid, guanylic acid, a nd uridylic acid are analyzed by a number of mathematical procedures w hose results are compared.
