Abstract
The realisation of a millimetre-wave rectangular waveguide fabricated using traditional monolithic technology is presented. The rectangular waveguide has a cutoff frequency of 100GHz and an operating frequency of 105GHz. The measured performance clearly shows that the dominant TE (10) mode of propagation is supported.
