Abstract
Progressive peripheral neuropathy is an unusual condition in pregnancy requiring specialist opinion to identify the possible underlying path ology. The case presented is that of a patient with cervical intradura l lipoma and worsening neurological symptoms, treated surgically at th e time of caesarean section. This rare disease and its management are discussed.
