Abstract
Urodynamic investigation in paediatric patients is presented. The prac tical aspects and usefulness of each method are discussed in the cases of functional micturition disorders based upon the most significant r esults from the literature and the author's experience. Urodynamic inv estigation in children provides a pathophysiological explanation of bl adder-sphincter dysfunction and guidelines for appropriate treatment.
