THE READABILITY AND UTILITY OF GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE PATIENT INFORMATION LEAFLETS - AN EVALUATION

One hundred and seventy-nine practice leaflets were assessed for reada bility and the amount of information they contained. In general most l eaflets were quite difficult to read and provided only a minimum of in formation. Recommendations are made for practitioners who wish to impr ove their practice leaflets.
