Abstract
Molecular mechanism of the interaction between human serum albumin and cloramphenicol was studied by H-1 and C-13 NMR-spectroscopy. It was f ound that the main role belongs to [GRAPHICS] groups of chloramphenico l. A schematic model of the complex-formation between serum albumin an d chloramphenicol was proposed.
