Abstract
Infrared measurements on CuO-superconductors with ($) over right arrow
E parallel to c are discussed. In particular the renormalization of i
nfrared-active phonons by charge fluctuations in double-layer systems
and the influence of Josephson coupling on the dynamical conductivity
in c-direction are investigated. It is shown that measurements on tilt
ed layer systems can give valuable information also.
