Abstract
Peripheral neuroectodermal tumors are uncommon cancers arising from ou tside the central nervous system. The urinary system is rarely involve d. The differentiation of these tumors from other small cell cancer an d neuroblastoma is based on immunohistochemical differences. We report 2 cases of such tumors arising from the renal parenchyma. Tumor behav ior and treatment modalities are discussed.
