Microcyst adenomas of the pancreas are rare tumours with characteristi
c cysts lining the cubic and cylindric epithelia with a clear cytoplas
m rich in glycogen. Unlike, mucinous cyst adenomas, there is no tendan
cy toward malignancy. We report a case in a 58-year-old woman and emph

er to avoid excessive exeresis for benign tumour. Certain authors prop
ose abstention and follow up.
