Abstract
An isobaric and quasi-isothermic calorimeter has been used to determin e excess molar enthalpies, H-m(E), at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressur e for 10 binary mixtures containing dibromomethane, tribromomethane, 1 ,2-dibromoethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrabromoethane, and 1-bromopropane. H-m(E) values for these mixtures are negative except for 1,2-dibromoethane o r dibromomethane + 1-bromopropane and 1,1,2,2-tetrabromoethane + tribr omomethane.
