The radiative decay nu(H) --> nu(L) + gamma of massive neutrinos is an
alyzed in the framework of the standard model with lepton mixing for v
ery strong magnetic fields B >> B-cr = m(e)(2)/e similar to 4.14 x 10(
13) G. The analysis is based on the approximate decay amplitude obtain
ed by Gvozdev et al. Numerical results as well as analytical approxima
tions for the decay rate are obtained for energies of the initial neut
rino below and above the electron-positron pair creation threshold 2m(
e).
