Abstract
Endoscopic meniscus repair using the T-Fix suture device (Acufex Micro surgical, Inc, Mansfield, MA) allows ease of suture placement for meni scus stability without the problems associated with ancillary incision s such as neurovascular compromise. It is ideal for the central poster ior horn tears that are difficult using conventional techniques. Verti cal tears, bucket handle tears, flap tears, and horizontal tears can b e approached using a temporary ''anchor stitch'' to stabilize the meni scus before T-Fix repair. The basic method of repair and our approach to these different types of tears is presented.
