Abstract
Electromagnetic corrections to the quasi-linear anomalous thermal diff usivity due to long wavelength electrostatic modes in tokamaks are inv estigated in terms of the semilocal kinetic dispersion relation. The d iffusivity increases with beta almost linearly through self-consistent modification in the eigenfrequency and growth rate.
