Abstract
A-site deficiency is expected in Sr1-xZr1-yYyO3-delta and SrZr1-yYyTiz O3+/-delta compositions but protonic conduction was retained. The cond uctivity of Sr1-xZr1-yYyO3-delta materials is higher than for the rema ining compositions. Reoxidation after heat treatment in H-2-containing atmospheres causes changes in conductivity, which was interpreted to evaluate the relevant transport numbers.
