Abstract
Porous Nafion-PTFE-bonded gas-diffusion electrodes (GDEs), for use in (PEFC), were prepared by a cold rolling process. In this process, no s olvents are required. The raw material for the production of these ele ctrodes is a ternary mixture of Nafion, PTFE and Platinum-loaded carbo n blacks. Development goal of our recent activities is the optimisatio n of the raw material composition with respect to the structural and e lectrochemical properties of the electrode.
