Abstract
It was established by EPR method, that S-nitrosocysteine or S-nitrosoh omocysteine rapid destructured with releasing nitric oxide (NO) in blo od, formating with hemoglobine paramagnetic hemoglobine nitrosyl compl exes (Hb-NO). In the presence of exogenous iron in blood it was arised dinitrosyl non-heme iron complexes (DNIC) with thiol-containing ligan ds, i.e. 2,03 complexes. These complexes arised much quantity if it wa s introduced to animals low molecular DNIC with cysteine or homocystei ne in relation iron/thiol in complexes and solution 1:20 or 1:2. 2,03 complexes in organisms was stable. So, the system of DNIC double-line arrow pointing left and right S-nitrosothiols prevailed the S-nitrosot hiols conversation into DNIC.
