Abstract
Laparoscopy has now assumed a new and important role in the treatment of malignant diseases. An important part of this role is the establish ment of feeding enterostomies and stomas. This function is vital in bo th those patients who may not be candidates for curative therapy and t hose being staged for definitive therapy. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
