Abstract
Equivalent circuits are developed for gain-distributed feedback filter s. The filters can be tuned by endloading. Side-coupling of the filter s to a signal waveguide results in. channel-dropping filters. These ac tive filters suppress undesired resonances more effectively than passi ve filters.
