19 cases of central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) were reviewed after sc
reening the records of the past four years of the Dental out patient d
epartment of AIIMS Hospital, New Delhi. It was found that CGCG usually
occurs in the 2nd and 3rd decades and is more common in females. The
mandible is more frequently invoked than the maxilla and lesions occur
more commonly on the right than left side.
