Abstract
We report the case of premenstrually exacerbated benign familial pemph igus which showed dramatic improvement with subcutaneous goserelin, a gonadotrophin-releasing hormone analogue. Total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and oestrogen replacement therapy sustained the improvement.
