Abstract
We report the case of a 57-year-old woman who developed bullous pemphi goid 3 weeks after electron beam radiotherapy. The bullae were confine d to the area of the radiation field and responded to topical clobetas ol propionate 0.05% cream (Dermovate(R)). This is the second case of b ullous pemphigoid confined to an area of previous radiotherapy. Radiot herapy may be a rare trigger for the development of bullous pemphigoid .
