Abstract
Strating from pyridothiazines 1 and N-methyl(phenyl)hydrazines isomeri c derivatives 2 and 3 of the pyrazolo [4,3-c]pyrido [3,2-e]-1,2-thiazi ne, a new heterocyclic ring system, have been obtained. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by spectroscopic and elemen tal analyses. The results of the preliminary pharamcological study of CNS effects caused by compounds 2 are reported.
