Abstract
A few complexes of the composition [Sn(C6H5)(3)(L)]ClO4 have been synt hesized and characterized on the basis of IR, Sn-119 Mossbauer and NMR studies. The spectroscopic data suggest that the complexes exist in m eridional-trigonal bipyramidal (mer-SnPh(3)NN) geometry.
