Abstract
The authors present a simple and accurate new technique for preoperati ve localization of convexity lesions of the brain by means of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. This method uses measurements from the initia l diagnostic MR image and provides precise intraoperative guidance to cortical and subcortical cerebral lesions.
