M. Takahashi et al., MULTIPLE SACCULAR ANEURYSM FORMATION IN A PATIENT WITH BILATERAL CORONARY-ARTERY FISTULA - A CASE-REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE, Cardiology, 86(2), 1995, pp. 174-176
We describe a case of bilateral coronary artery fistula originating fr
om the left anterior descending and right coronary arteries which show
ed multiple saccular aneurysm formation. Although saccular aneurysm fo
rmation in patients with bilateral coronary artery fistula is extremel

distinctive features upon coronary angiography: multiplicity and orig
in in the left fistulous coronary artery.
