Abstract
The third-stage larva and pupa of Eurysternus mexicanus Burm. and the third-stage larva of Sisyphus submonticolus Howden are described and i llustrated. Differences with immatures of E. magnus (Lap.), E. balacho wskyi Halffter and Halffter and S. mexicanus Har. are outlined. Some o bservations on the life cycle of E. mexicanus are also included.
