Abstract
In addition to displaying high reactivity. Fmoc-amino acid fluorides a re shown to be highly soluble and stable for extended periods in organ ic solvents such as DMF and therefore to be recommended for use in Mul tiple Peptide Synthesis. A series of analogs of alamethicin and a part ial sequence (22 amino acids) of the CNG-channel forming protein BOVTE STIS have been assembled with excellent results.
