The ossification of the posterior longitudinal is always responsable o
f cervical myelopathy. Radiological studie and the CT scan, are able t
o precise the level, the morphologic and associated abnormalities of t
his lesion. Two cases of ossification of the posterior longitudinal li
gamentum with cervical myelopathy are reported. The radiologic studies
determineted the etiology, in the first case, it was fluorosis and th
e second DISH disease.
