Herald's lesion located in the bladder is an non-specific extrinsic in
flammatory lesion. This pseudotumoral neoformation often results from
a pathologic process of the pelvis (95%). Recurrent cystisis is the ma
in symptom. The diagnosis is difficult and cystoscopy and biopsy is th
e basic investigation. Surgical treatment must remove the original les
ion with partial or total cystectomy. Epidemiologic, pathologic and th
erapeutic aspects of this disease are discussed.
