We derive bounds on anomalous ZWW couplings, assuming that the residua
l apparent small discrepancy between the experimental and the MSM valu
es of the ratio R(b)=Gamma(b)/Gamma(h) of the Z widths into b ($) over
bar b and into hadrons is entirely due to the ''heavy'' quark compone
nt of the Zb ($) over bar b vertex. The m(1)(2) dependence of this qua
ntity selects the Goldstone H-+/- (or longitudinal W-+/-) components o
f the anomalous couplings, and greatly reduces the number of involved
parameters. For ii of order 1 TeV we find the conservative 1 - sigma b
ound - 0.40 less than or similar to(f(Q)M(Z)(2)/2 Lambda(2)-0.04f(B)M(
Z)(2)/2 Lambda(2))less than or similar to-0.15, that would lead to obs
ervable effects at LEP2.
