Limits to the accuracy of the reconstructed positron annihilation rate
distribution due to the computational errors and the inherent errors
in an experimental positron annihilation lifetime spectrum are studied
analytically. A formula, which can give a guide to reduce the inheren
t errors and to estimate the experimental accuracy, is obtained.
