Abstract
In this pilot experiment to study the effects of CP-73,850 on MNCV in diabetic rats, there was a suggestion that CP-73,850 could prevent the deterioration in MNCV. Less animals died after STZ in the CP-73,850 t reatment group. However, problems in the imbalance between groups at b aseline meant that this observation cannot be supported by rigorous st atistical analysis.
