Abstract
Hypopituitarism has a recognised association with major midline cranio facial abnormalities /1/. The combination of a single central maxillar y incisor and pituitary hypoplasia without other major midline defects has not been previously reported. We present an eight year-old girl w ith multiple pituitary hormone deficiency who was found to have pituit ary hypoplasia on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). She had a single c entral maxillary incisor with no other major midline malformations.
