Abstract
At an average of 8 million gal. each, six new clear wells at the Hap C remean Water Plant in Columbus, Ohio represent the largest post-tensio ned, reinforced concrete noncircular tanks ever designed and construct ed. The innovative design provided leak-free structures for 17% less t han the cost of a conventional design.
