Abstract
The return to home and integration in family are the main goals for di sabled people. But there are many difficulties to resolve. School inse rtion is necessary for children, and nearly always possible. - Return to work is often difficult, it has done some progress. - Conveyance an d accessibility in towns are necessary for a social integration, but i t causes many problems. - Driving is not allowed for disabled with men tal or sensory impairments; it is easier for motor handicapped people, with appropriate equipments. - Assessment quality of life is now eval uated, the validation of scales is not yet done.
