Abstract
Using a self-consistent kinetic theory for longitudinal plasma waves a nd dust grain charging currents, the nonlinear dielectric function of a dusty plasma in the presence of electromagnetic fields has been deri ved analytically. Resonances with various dusty plasma modes have been investigated.
