Abstract
The authors examine question-order bias in computer-administered quest ioning (CAQ) by examining the responses of two survey groups. Each gro up rated two types of products with respect to various product attribu tes in a computer interactive mode. The two product sections of the su rvey appeared in different order for each survey group. The results su ggest that question order has no effect in CAQ. In addition, the autho rs found that CAQ is not readily susceptible to fatigue.
