Abstract
Symptomatic post-transplantation renal lymphocels are usually treated with Byron's technique - medial laparotomy, internal drainage with fen estration, transperitoneal marsupialization and epiploplasty. The same procedure was performed laparoscopically in a 34 year old obese man w ho had a renal transplantation 18 months earlier. The procedure, toget her with its advantages are discussed.
