Abstract
Intermittent hydronephrosis is a frequent cause of obstruction in the ureteropelvic junction in the adult. Diagnosis is based on intravenous pyelography, echography and renal scintigraphy with or without hyperd iuresis. We report a case of intermittent hydronephrosis successively affecting both kidneys.
