Abstract
The su(upsilon) Calogero model confined in the harmonic potential is c onsidered. We show that the model has Yangian symmetry Y(su(upsilon)). Unifying with the creation-annihilation operators which constitute th e su(upsilon) loop algebra, we reveal the algebraic structure of this system. The relation with the energy spectrum is also discussed.
