Abstract
Various amines and alcohols are converted into the corresponding phosp hamides by the action of optically active diazacyclophosphamidic chlor ides and absolute configurations of amines and alcohols are readily de termined by proton and phosphorus NMR of the cyclophosphamides that ar e formed.
