We present a structural model for ordered YBa2Cu3O6.7 on the basis of
545 measured X-ray superstructure reflections of a twinned crystal. Th
e model proposed earlier of a tripled unit cell with two CuO3 chains a
lternating with one CuO2 chain is verified (Pmmm, a = 11.469(6) Angstr
om, b = 3.889(2) Angstrom, c = 11.720(6) Angstrom, Z = 3). Displacemen
ts of the strongly scattering atoms Ba and Cu compared to their positi
ons in YBa2Cu3O6.93 are refined.
