Abstract
Most cosmological solutions to a minimal tensor-scalar theory of gravi ty are only defined on a finite time interval. Moreover, to each excep tional solution whose asymptotic limit is pure tenser gravity correspo nd an infinite number of solutions with a sizeable scalar component. C onsequently, this tensor-scalar theory does not generically contain an attractor mechanism towards General Relativity.
