Abstract
The theory of intermolecular vibronic coupling of dimers is considered . It will be shown that even small intermolecular interaction has sign ificant effect on nonradiative lifetime and optical absorption band sh ape of dimers. Results of calculations are compared to experimental da ta on optical absorption and nonradiative lifetime of Mg-methyl bacter iopheophorbide-d dimers.
