Abstract
A computer learning network including an interactive computer-based tr aining system (ICBTS) for electrical engineering has been developed. T his article discusses the integration of instruction design, coursewar e delivery and students' performance analysis into one flexible system through computer-based learning. It considers the design and developm ent of ICBTS, which is suitable for engineering students at university level.
