Abstract
Macromolecular adhesion factors have been obtained which differed From the previously obtained ones. They are acidic glycoconjugates with th e molecular mass about 20-40 kD, which are capable of forming macromol ecular aggregates and are located in the periphery of cell surface. Af ter subdivision and purification of the mouse liver extract two-adhesi on-active fractions were isolated, which changes the viscous-elastic p roperties of the liver tissue at extra low concentrations: 10(-13)-10( -17) M.
