Abstract
We report two cases whose right gastroepiploic arterial bypass grafts were protected by a dual blood supply due to the anatomical anastomosi s between the celiac and the superior mesenteric artery systems. This unique characteristics of the graft adds an advantage for its use as a graft conduit. (C) 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
