Abstract
This paper describes syntheses of paratertiobutyl calix[8]arene, calix [8]arene and parasulfonic calix[8]arene acid, labelled with C-14 on th e methylene position. Parasulfonic calix[8]arene acid when injected to rats, allowed to know the hydrosoluble calixarenes distribution in or ganism. Initial labelled reactant is Amersham formaldehyde. H-1.NMR sp ectra of each compound and assembly of the first two syntheses are des cribed.
